Candour Talent Recruitment are currently recruiting for Key Account Manager to join our well-established client based in the Tredegar area.

This role presents a unique chance to become a part of a dedicated team within a well-established company.

Job Description:

Main Activities & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop daily commercial activities, including prospecting and recruiting new customers to meet budget targets.
  • Identify new opportunities with existing products and introduce new products to drive continuous revenue growth.
  • Oversee negotiations for product pricing, contracts, and agreements, ensuring profitability in line with company objectives.
  • Promote existing product portfolios and new available technologies to clients.
  • Negotiate performance plans with key account customers.
  • Lead the Request for Quote (RFQ) process and establish pricing.
  • Analyze market and competition data to support strategic decisions.
  • Provide sales analysis and monthly forecasts against budget in alignment with business unit requirements.
  • Manage client-specific financial data, including PC1, PC2, budget, and STRAP figures.
  • Represent the company in all interactions with key accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with Project and R&D departments.

Required Training/Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in international business, management, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar sales role.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English to manage international key accounts.

Specific Knowledge:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience with sales techniques.
  • Proficient in managing complex sales cycles and constructing competitive offers.
  • Autonomous, pragmatic, and skilled in problem-solving.
  • Experience with SAP, CRM systems, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Passion for automotive and technical parts is a plus.
