I am currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Learning support assistant to work within the Blaenau Gwent area, covering Ebbw Vale, Tredegar and Abertillery regions. We are looking for a driven individual who is passionate about impacting our younger generation positively and able to support the Primary teacher within a classroom setting.
A learning support assistant needs to be able to:
- Support the Primary teacher delivering lessons.
- Be comfortable handling small groups in the classroom.
- Also be comfortable dealing with children on a 1 to 1 basis.
- Be resilient and helpful towards all pupils and staff.
