The Company:

Build Recruitment are currently working with a housing association, who are looking for a Retrofit Coordinator based in Cornwall.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Retrofit Coordinator to take on a lead role within the companies energy efficiency team to help deliver our clients energy investment programme.

We are looking for a qualified Retrofit Coordinator with a high level of construction knowledge, preferably within the public sector or housing association sector.

Retrofit works will include upgrading heating and hot water systems, solar panels, EWI works and window and door upgrades.

Knowledge and experience of managing grant funding would be an advantage.

Day to Day:

  • Deliver the companies energy investment programme within their existing housing stock.
  • Collect and process property energy data.
  • Coordinate all retrofit energy works
  • Lead on procurement and management of sub contractors
  • Complete reports and audits on progress.
  • Deliver and manage resident relationship throughout the retrofit process.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  • Must hold a Level 5 Retrofit qualification
  • Strong construction background, preferably within the social housing sector
  • Up to date knowledge of H&S
  • Knowledge of CDM
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be IT literate
