Site Manager (Newquay)

Carbon 60 is looking to recruit a Site Manager for its leading construction client based near Newquay, Cornwall

Pay rate is (Apply online only) per day CIS

Working hours are usually 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday

This project is for an immediate start and due to last 12 months

Duties will include

• Coordinate and manage construction work, ensuring compliance with all H&S regulations
• Supervision of all contractors and sub contractors
• Conduct regular site inspections and rectify any issues
• Manage all relevant paperwork
• Monitor costs and project progress
• Problem solve
• Communicate with a range of people at all levels

You will need

• Supervisor/Manager CSCS card
• SSSTS/SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• Previous experience on a Tier 1 construction site
• Provable work on MOD, Armed Forces or Government high security sites

You will have to

• Due to the nature of the site be prepared to go through a basic DBS, BPSS and SC clearance.
• Holding all or part of these would be desirable
