My client, a well-established law firm with a strong presence in Hertfordshire, is seeking a talented Residential Conveyancer (2+ years PQE) to join their busy office in Tring.The Role: You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Shared ownership
- New builds and lease extensions
