Job Purpose:
The School is seeking a compassionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team, providing individualized support to students with diverse needs.

Job Description:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant at The School, your role will be crucial in ensuring our students receive holistic support, working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other experts to develop and implement individualized learning plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and group support to students with ASD, PMLD, Complex Needs, Visual Impairments, and Hearing Impairments.
- Assist teachers in planning, delivering, and evaluating lessons.
- Support students with personal care needs.
- Encourage independence, self-esteem, and social skills.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive learning environment.
- Support students with sensory integration, communication, and emotional regulation needs.

Requirements:
- Experience working with students with SEN.
- Level 2/3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (Optional).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
