Joining Travail Employment Group as a business development executive, we are offering you a warm desk in a territory that spans Wiltshire and Somerset. We already have great relationships with clients across the region but are looking for an ambitious - impatient even! recruiter, telesales or business developer who wants to get things done.

Our business development executive role would ideally suit you if you are a talented communicator and negotiator, have undertaken customer service or call centre roles. Equally if you have a background in client relations or upselling you have the skills we are looking for.

We operate in the commercial and industrial sector but like all sales driven businesses, we continue to seek out additional revenue streams, which you will have the autonomy to develop. Quite simply your success is our success.

Your typical day may include the below, but you will essentially drive your own activity.

  • Contacting potential clients and current key accounts to increase and develop business.
  • On site visits to a diverse portfolio of client industries.
  • Communicating with potential clients to understand their business and requirements in detail
  • Interviewing candidates and matching their skills and aspirations to your clients current and potential needs.
  • Working as part of a small and supportive team
  • Account managing the recruitment for existing clients
