Thrive Group are delighted to working with our market leading client outside Trowbridge who are looking to recruit an experienced Estimator on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
- Assessing client requirements
- Reviewing project plans and specifications
- Production of a range of quotes and costings for a wide range of projects
- Working closely with a number of internal departments and third party suppliers
- Identification of risks and opportunities regarding pricing and profitability
- Extensive involvement with tender preparation
What you need in order to succeed:
- A proven track record in estimating is essential, ideally from the construction / glazing industry
- Ability to interpret technical information / drawings
- Confident, with excellent organisational and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative
