Opportunity: Private Client Fee Earner

Location: Wiltshire

Salary: Up to £55,000 (DOE)

A respected regional law firm with a strong presence across the South West is seeking an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to manage a full caseload. This firm is well-regarded for its commitment to excellence in client service, fostering long-term relationships and supporting the local community.

Role Overview: As a key part of the private client team, you'll be responsible for handling a comprehensive caseload, including Probate, Will Drafting, Tax Planning, Court of Protection, and Powers of Attorney work. This role is open to both qualified candidates and experienced paralegals with 3+ years of relevant fee-earning experience.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Private Client Fee Earner
  • Skilled in managing a diverse caseload independently
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • STEP membership is advantageous but not essential
