Simple Recruitment are looking for a Quality Controller for our client based in Trowbridge to join their team on a permanent basis.
A Quality Controller plays a crucial role in maintaining a company’s reputation, preventing products from being unreliable and faulty. They are essential in improving customer trust for our client’s company.The Job
As a Quality Controller, you’ll be inspecting products prior to deliveries to the warehouse, ensuring that the quality standards our B-Corp-certified client is well-known for are being met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Writing reports to communicate any issues found during inspections and give guidance on garment quality improvements.
- Liaise with relevant departments and ensure progress on issues is monitored.
- Perform investigations on product returns and provide feedback, to relevant departments, in a timely manner.
- Complete KPI tracking, producing and distributing reports on time.

Key requirements:
- Ability to maintain accurate reporting and analytics.
- Previous experience in a similar is desired.
- IT Literate with a solid understanding of Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of garment construction and pattern understanding would be beneficial.

Salary£24,000 per annum.
Hours8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
