Day-to-day of the role:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure maximum value for the organisation.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams including Overseas, Made To Order, Quality Control, Design, and Supply Chain.
  • Manage supplier records, essential for completing annual sustainability audits and maintaining the organisation’s Scorecard.
  • Engage in sustainability projects, promoting ethical sourcing and supporting relevant initiatives.
  • Prepare annual contracts and assist the Finance team with invoice verification and queries.
  • Collect data for compliance with Plastic Tax and monitor supplier performance to ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
  • Assist with the planning and procurement of raw materials, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on sustainability in the fashion industry.
  • Capable of thriving under pressure, multitasking, and prioritising tasks to meet strict deadlines.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced environment.
