Interim Human Resources Advisor (Charity) - Truro / Hybrid - Circa: £31,000 FTE
Well Placed HR are delighted to have been exclusively engaged by one of our long standing clients, a high profile and very highly regarded charitable organisation who seek to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join their people management function in an interim capacity. The role is offered as a full time, interim contract to assist with a number of ongoing projects - initially as a 3-6 month fixed term contract. There may be some room for adjustment of the working hours if required and this employer also offers hybrid working, either 2/3 or 3/2.
This is a sizeable organisation with an exceptional reputation for staff retention and development and the successful candidate will play a pivotal part in ensuring the efficient running of the HR function. This will be a broad and interesting role covering many areas of HRM with key responsibilities to include:
-Support the senior HRM team on a range of ongoing projects
- Deliver a high quality employee relations service to include resolutions, disciplinaries and grievances
- Assist the senior management team with strategic people management initiatives
- Assist with recruitment initiatives
- Oversee new starter information employee onboarding programs
- Ensure that compliance/RTW documentation is correctly filed
- Support the internal recruitment function with effective recruitment marketing campaigns
- Contribute to Health & Safety initiates and processes
For this role we seek an experienced HR Advisor, ideally qualified to CIPD level 3 or equivalent and with recent exposure gained in a similar level role. Previous experienced gained in a similar environment would be desirable, but not essential. This is a highly visible role that works across a range of company functions so excellent interpersonal and communication skills will be essential. The business sis highly technology driven so a good understanding of modern people management digital systems will be essential.
