Job Title: Administrator (Legal Sector)
Location: Truro / Hybrid, flexible working options available to the right candidate following training
Salary: Competitive
Hours: 9.00am to 5.15pm, Monday to Friday

The Role
As an Administrator, you will provide an efficient and accurate service by managing the onboarding process of new clients to the business.
- Opening of new clients and/or matters in the Firm's practice management system.
- Reviewing new client and matter requests from legal teams
- Undertaking, and reviewing first level screening of conflict checks for new clients
- Liaising with legal advisors and legal support to address day to day queries where required.
- Recognising anomalies or concerns and summary findings
- Completing client risk assessments
- Auditing and updating client records
About You
- You are enthusiastic, highly organised and accurate with a proactive approach to daily administrative tasks within the team.
- You have the ability to meet deadlines, remain calm under pressure and take initiative.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to deliver exceptional client care.
- You have good ICT skills including proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Previous experience of working in a professional services environment would be an advantage but not essential.
