A well-established consultancy in Cornwall is seeking a talented individual to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in a broad range of projects, from heritage restorations to modern commercial and bespoke residential schemes. You’ll work across all RIBA stages in a flexible, collaborative environment where development and progression are genuinely supported.Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications
  • Develop and refine construction packages for planning and tender
  • Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and standards
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
  • Support project delivery through to construction on site
  • Assist with surveys and existing building assessments
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
  • Proven UK experience in practice, ideally across heritage, residential, and commercial projects
  • A solid understanding of UK building regulations and detailing
  • Proficiency in Revit preferred, will consider AutoCAD users
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
