- Handle and record details related to Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) on behalf of our clients.
- Oversee PCN-related transactions, billing processes, and maintain accurate financial documentation.
- Keep records updated within the Vision platform, ensuring data integrity at all times.
- Produce regular analytical summaries (weekly and monthly), highlighting recurring issues and important observations.
- Communicate with both members and local councils to sort out PCN-related queries.
- Prepare formal correspondence for appeals, arrange review discussions, and offer suggestions based on data analysis.
- Utilise Google Maps for cross-checking PCN information and uploading necessary files.
- Assist fellow team members with general office administration tasks when needed.
- Prior experience in administration or a related field, with high levels of accuracy.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or experience in data input roles.
- Quick to pick up new systems, capable of working solo or as part of a group.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially when managing information.
