Job Title: Events Administration assistant
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Days/ Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm with some overtime.
Hourly Rate: Up to £12.50 per hour

We are currently looking for an events administration assistant to support our client who are a travel events company in the heart of Tunbridge Wells. Working within a small team, you will manage the administrative side of event travel planning and execution. This includes supporting with administrative tasks and handling all related travel arrangements and event logistics. You'll play an integral role in ensuring our clients events are organised to the highest standard, delivering exceptional experiences for all customers.

Duties will include


  • Carry out all administrative tasks as required, respond to emails and upload information onto excel

  • Assist with telephone sales inquiries and provide post-sale support to clients.

  • Oversee the preparation and dispatch of client information and ticket packs ahead of tour or event dates.

  • Perform other administrative or operational duties as required.



Key Skills


  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and a strong understanding of IT systems.

  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.

  • Experience in event administration or travel event coordination would be highly advantageous.

  • Attention to detail, especially in event management and administrative tasks.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and maintain a high level of professionalism.
