This role is to provide essential support during a period of long-term sickness, offering a great opportunity for those looking to enhance their administrative skills in a dynamic environment.
Administrator Day-to-day of the role:- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role
- Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- High level of attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The ideal Temporary Administrator candidate would need to be able to show experience obtained from a similar role, be in commutable distance to our client in Tunbridge Wells, and be available to start work immediately. You would be required to work full-time in our office.
