Financial Management: Handle sales and purchase ledgers (around 20 sales, 10 purchases per week). Keep records accurate and process invoices swiftly.
Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Month-End Procedures: Prepare financial statements, reconcile accounts, handle accruals, and manage depreciation.
VAT (Not essential but a plus): Assist with VAT processes and filings.
Payroll (Not essential): Process payroll, ensure tax compliance, and maintain salary records.
Forecasting and Cash Flow: Analyse data, forecast trends, and optimize cash management.

Who We’re Looking For:

Experienced Bookkeeper: Proficient in all things bookkeeping, with a keen eye for detail.
QuickBooks Expert (or Similar): Confident navigating QuickBooks or other accounting software for seamless financial management.
Excel Enthusiast: Skilled in data analysis and organization.
