Area Sales Manager - London & the South East
- This is a field sales / specification role representing a leading manufacturer
- You will target M&E contractors, Regional Developers and to a lesser extent M&E consultants identifying, tracking and following projects through to completion (delivering CPD presentations, dealing with Estimators, Technical Managers and Project Managers).
- Working within the specification team you will working on projects of all sizes.
- This organisation have pedigree and are heavily specified so the incoming Area Sales Manager will benefit from a strong brand, pipeline and solid relationships that can be developed.

The Candidate for the Area Sales Manager - HVAC
- HVAC / plumbing heating / electrical / lighting experience sales experience with M&E / developer route to market experience
- You must have sold into M&E contractors / Developers
The Package on offer for the Area Sales Manager
- £50K - £60K DOE
- £80K OTE
- Hybrid company car
- Enhanced pension
- Holiday 25 days that increases with length of service
