Reed Business Support are currently recruiting for a motivated and forward thinking Business Development Manager to join their client on a permanent basis, due to rapid growth.
Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager –
- Effectively communicate and visit existing clients, to review their current needs and services being provided. Upselling, and introducing any new packages / products they may require.
- Identify new opportunities and contacts, by networking both in the UK and Overseas.
- A great eye for developing new strategies, specific to the industry, and work with local representatives to implement this.
- Develop pricing structures.
- Agree commercial terms with new and existing customers, ensuring they comply with company practices and guidelines.
Requirements of the Business Development Manager -
- A minimum of 10+ years experience within the sales industry, including a minimum of 5 years in sales/distribution management.
- A proven background of medical device sales / business development.
- Understanding of international business practices.
- A confident character, and able to implement training to local representatives.
- Able to travel across the UK and internationally.
Benefits of the Business Development Manager role –
- Monday – Friday Full Time, Permanent.
- Salary between £45,000 - £50,000 DOE.
