Reed Business Support are currently recruiting for a Customer Relationship Manager to join their client on a permanent basis, due to rapid growth.
Responsibilities of the Customer Relationship Manager –
- Manage and coordinate daily sales activities, supporting the Business Development Manager (BDM)
- Key responsibilities include overseeing the sales admin team, enhancing customer satisfaction, and handling customer service enquiries.
- Managing customer relationships, addressing service complaints, and maintaining a customer database.
- Ensure the company's online presence is current, organise exhibitions, and monitor sales performance.
- Follow market trends, and regulatory requirements, with a focus on maintaining the company's reputation and integrity.
- Monitor sales figures and activity.
- Travel within the UK, Europe and overseas.
Requirements of the Customer Relationship Manager -
- Proven experience in a Sales role (Account management, Relationship Management).
- Proven experience in a customer facing environment.
- An excellent team player – able to take on further responsibilities and help out other departments.
- An effective communicator, and able to manage a small team of Sales Administrators.
- A background within pharmacy or the medical industry is preferred.
Benefits of the Customer Relationship Manager role –
- Monday – Friday Full Time, Permanent.
- Salary between £35,000 - £40,000 DOE.
- Annual Bonus scheme.
