- Onboarding new clients and obtaining all relevant data.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to develop your portfolio.
- Serving as the lead point of contact for all client-specific matters.
- Ensuring all relevant information is accurately maintained on our CRM systems.
- Handling day-to-day client queries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Arranging health & safety audits as required.
- At least 3 years' experience in an Account Management role.
- Ideally CII Level 4 Diploma, or working towards this.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Experience in HR or Health & Safety sales would be advantageous, but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Keen desire to develop yourself.
- £40,000 basic + Bonus – open ended with OTE circa £70,000
