Client Manager – Tunbridge Wells - £40,000 + OTE! (Hybrid) Outstanding progression and open-ended potential! Innovative and dynamic team with fantastic working culture!   As a Client Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing outstanding support to clients on a day-to-day basis. You will be responsible for effectively onboarding new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and serving as the lead point of contact for all client-specific matters. This role is hybrid, offering a blend of home-based and office-based work, with occasional visits to client sites as needed. Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding new clients and obtaining all relevant data.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to develop your portfolio.
  • Serving as the lead point of contact for all client-specific matters.
  • Ensuring all relevant information is accurately maintained on our CRM systems.
  • Handling day-to-day client queries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Arranging health & safety audits as required.
Essential Skills:
  • At least 3 years' experience in an Account Management role.
  • Ideally CII Level 4 Diploma, or working towards this.
 Desired Skills:
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Experience in HR or Health & Safety sales would be advantageous, but not essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Keen desire to develop yourself.
