We are seeking a dynamic Nursery Manager for a leading nursery in the heart of Tunbridge Wells. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who is Level 3 qualified and possesses strong sales abilities to maximise nursery enrolment. Our nursery has recently expanded to include a Montessori Pre-School and offers unique activities such as Yoga, Salt Therapy, and Music, setting us apart from other settings.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment for children and staff.
  • Implement innovative strategies to promote the nursery and fill up all available spaces effectively.
  • Manage and lead a team of dedicated professionals, fostering an environment of growth and learning.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and continuously strive for quality improvement.
  • Engage with parents and the community to enhance the nursery's profile and ensure high levels of satisfaction and trust.
  • Coordinate and oversee the unique activities offered, ensuring they are delivered to a high standard.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Must be Level 3 qualified in Childcare or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in nursery management or a similar leadership role within early years education.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively market the nursery and increase enrolment.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • A passion for providing unique and enriching experiences for children.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the nursery and its children.
