My client, a well-respected law firm based in Tunbridge wells, is seeking a motivated Legal Administrator to join their expanding team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handling phone calls and serving as a key point of contact for clients, and external organisations.
  • Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ensure documents and correspondence move smoothly in and out of the department.
  • Type legal documents from handwritten notes or digital dictation.
  • Scan, email and fax correspondence and documents as required.
  • Manage files, including opening, closing, and filing documents.
  • Manage the Fee Earners diary, organising internal and external meetings.


We're looking for:
Strong background in administration, highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Confident, handles pressure well, works to deadlines and works effectively in a busy team environment.
