Job Title: Legal Administrator
Salary: Up to 27,5000 DOE
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Hours: Monday - Friday 9.15am - 5.30pm with flexible hybrid working options.

My client, a well-respected law firm based in Tunbridge wells, is seeking a motivated Legal Administrator to join their expanding team.

Key responsibilities:
- Handling phone calls and serving as a key point of contact for clients, and external organisations.
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ensure documents and correspondence move smoothly in and out of the department.
- Type legal documents from handwritten notes or digital dictation.
- Scan, email and fax correspondence and documents as required.
- Manage files, including opening, closing, and filing documents.
- Manage the Fee Earners diary, organising internal and external meetings.
We're looking for:
Strong background in administration, highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Confident, handles pressure well, works to deadlines and works effectively in a busy team environment.
