We are seeking a talented and motivated Customer Service Administrator to join our client's dynamic team in the distribution industry. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

These are the daily tasks you will complete within your role here:

  • Provide outstanding customer service support to clients and customers utilising the companies software and technology in order to do so
  • Process orders and ensure accuracy in data entry, updating the company CRM
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and troubleshoot issues efficiently and promptly using your excellent customer service skills
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer requests
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance customer experience, ideas are welcomed here
  • Provide periodic reports to management on customer service metrics which you will be trained on how to collate
