- Urgent Temporary Customer Service and Administration Role
- Process and document claims for our clients.
- Manage payments, invoices, and financial records.
- Maintain and update data in the in-house system, ensuring accuracy.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports, identifying trends and key insights.
- Draft and send appeal letters, conduct review meetings, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Support colleagues with general admin tasks as required.
- Admin experience (or similar) with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM systems or data entry.
- Fast learner with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident with handling data.
