- Adhere to CQC guidelines.
- Visit 15-20 clients three times a week in their homes.
- Develop comprehensive assessments and care plans, involving the client, family/representatives, and other professionals at every stage.
- Make decisions using professional judgement within a structured framework and existing systems and policies.
- Provide support to carers, equipping them with the necessary information to deliver high-quality service to all clients.
- Proven experience as a Regional Consultant/Regional Manager within the Healthcare/Homecare sector.
- Level 3 qualification or higher is advantageous (not essential).
- Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and guidelines.
- Positive, confident, and empathetic approach.
- Salary starting from £29,000, depending on experience.
