Clinical Deputy Care Home Manager

I currently have an exciting opportunity for a staff nurse to work with a well-established, highly regarded care provider within their nursing home in Tunbridge Wells. The home offers bespoke care to up to 40 residents; with luxury facilities and meaningful activities, they pride themselves on their high quality, round the clock care.
The Deputy Manager package includes:

Requirements:
- At least 2 year's experience as a Deputy Manager or Team Leader in care
- Strong and proven leadership skills
- Experience in dementia care
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social care
- Have an NVQ Level 5 or be willing to work towards this
- Good knowledge of the most up to date clinical practices.
