This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Care Consultant to join this dynamic and growing team, ensuring and providing outstanding care and service to their clients and their families.Fully remote after initial training (4-6 weeks)Home-based - South East MUST HAVE A UK DRIVER'S LICENCE AND ACCESS TO YOUR OWN VEHICLE FOR CLIENT VISITS.Your responsibilities:
  • Adhere to CQC guidelines.
  • Visit 15-20 clients three times a week in their homes.
  • Develop comprehensive assessments and care plans, involving the client, family/representatives, and other professionals at every stage.
  • Make decisions using professional judgement within a structured framework and existing systems and policies.
  • Provide support to carers, equipping them with the necessary information to deliver high-quality service to all clients.
Ideal candidate:
  • Proven experience as a Regional Consultant/Regional Manager within the Healthcare/Homecare sector.
  • Level 3 qualification or higher is advantageous (not essential).
  • Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and guidelines.
  • Positive, confident, and empathetic approach.
