We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate and Strategic Partnership Lead to join a leading insurance client within their Global Healthcare Unit. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the unit's expansion into new territories and countries.

Job Summary:

As a Corporate and Strategic Partnership Lead, you will be responsible for leading the evaluation and onboarding of new insurer relationships and strategic partnerships that align with the objectives of the International Private Medical Insurance business. Your expertise will be crucial in structuring operating models, negotiating commercial arrangements, and finalizing contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the evaluation and onboarding of new Global insurer relationships and strategic partnerships
  • Develop and negotiate commercial arrangements and underlying contracts
  • Collaborate with the Head of Corporate Development on strategic group-led projects and transversal initiatives
  • Drive synergies, best practices, and continuous improvement within the Global Healthcare Unit
  • Analyze and optimize the operating model and legal setup to support business growth
