Description
- Oversee the processing of payroll for all employees on a regular basis.
- Ensure accuracy of payroll data and adherence to legal compliance.
- Manage all payroll-related queries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure all payroll data is up to date.
- Perform regular audits to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Prepare and deliver payroll reports to relevant departments.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement efficient payroll processes and policies.
Profile
A successful Payroll Manager should have:
- A solid understanding of payroll operations and laws.
- Experience in a managerial role within the Accounting & Finance sector.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
Job Offer
