Job Description:

Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join a B Corp firm in Tunbridge Wells.

As a Financial Planning Administrator, you’ll collaborate closely with Paraplanners, Advisors, and Relationship Managers to deliver top-notch service to clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and administering client assets and implementing new advice
  • Ensuring client data is up-to-date and accurate
  • Regularly communicating with clients
  • Handling the onboarding of new clients and servicing existing ones
  • Preparing, coordinating, and following up on client meetings
  • Managing a varied workload while maintaining exceptional organisation and focus
