Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Manager to oversee the internal fit-out from 1st fix to handover on a prestigious later living facility project in Tunbridge Wells. This 76M development consists of 167 high-quality residential units and is scheduled for completion in February 2026. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all internal works are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget, while maintaining strict health and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full internal fit-out process, from 1st fix through to final handover.

  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring work is carried out to the agreed programme and quality standards.

  • Conduct regular site inspections, identifying and resolving any quality or safety issues.

  • Work closely with the Project Manager and other site team members to maintain progress and meet project deadlines.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, carrying out site inductions and enforcing best practices.

  • Manage materials procurement and deliveries to ensure a smooth workflow.

  • Attend and lead site meetings, providing progress updates and addressing any challenges.

  • Liaise with clients, design teams, and stakeholders to ensure specifications and expectations are met.

  • Oversee snagging and final finishing works, ensuring all units are completed to a high standard before handover.
