Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and inclusive educational institution? We are currently seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our client's Organisation as their new HR Administrator. With a supportive and collaborative team and a chance to make a positive impact in the lives of students, this is a role you won't want to miss!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the staff absence procedure each morning, ensuring accurate records are maintained and liaising with line managers to manage absence effectively.
  • Support the HR lead with administrative tasks including managing employee data, maintaining records, and producing reports.
  • Handle the onboarding process for new starters, including compliance checks and issuing contracts
  • Coordinate and schedule performance reviews, ensuring all relevant parties are involved
  • Provide assistance and support to employees with general HR queries

To excel in this role, previous HR experience in a school setting is crucial. You should be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring compliance with all HR policies and procedures. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be providing administrative support to the wider HR team and liaising with staff at all levels.
