Paralegal – Real Estate

£27,000 - £32,000 p/a + benefits (DOE)

Hybrid working available – 3 days a week from home

A well respected and progressive law firm are looking to recruit a real estate paralegal, with at least 1 years’ experience working in a similar role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of commercial property files, working alongside fee earners on a range of matters for landlords, developers and business owners

  • You will be responsible for managing pre and post completions on property transactions

  • Communicating with clients to provide timely updates, and obtaining information where needed

  • Other duties to include: administration/keeping the systems updated, legal research, preparation of legal documents, reviewing titles & searches, dealing with land registry & SDLT, billing & time recording.

About you

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience working as a paralegal within a property department

  • Strong knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and documentation related to real estate.

  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.

  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
