An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Will Writer to join a reputable and well-established accountancy firm. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting wills, writing powers of attorney and other estate planning documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism

You will be responsible for:

  • Taking client instructions and offering timely, expert advice to clients.
  • Liaising with executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and other professionals.
  • Referring complex trust and inheritance tax enquiries to senior staff
  • Maintaining well-organised and accurate client files using the company's internal systems
  • Delivering compassionate and sensitive service, particularly when supporting elderly or vulnerable clients

What we are looking for:

  • Previously worked as a Will Writer or in a similar role.
  • Experience working within a practice, drafting wills and advising on estate planning matters.
  • Strong IT skills and attention to detail
  • Ideally have will writing / estate planning qualifications or STEP qualifications.
  • Must have access to your own transport.
