Based in Tunbridge Wells, we are looking for Senior Health Care Assistants to join a fantastic residential care home. We have both day shift and nightshift available. Ideally you have a level 2 or 3 in health and social care and be looking to progress your career.

The home offers excellent personalised touches including a small number of residents that will be under your care so you can get to know and develop relationships with the residents.

Salary : £24,750 - £32,840 per annum

Hours : 34.5 or 46 hours per week either 3 or 4 days per week over Monday to Sunday

Day shift is 7.30am to 8pm

Night shift is 7.30pm to 8am

Main Duties:

  • Lead and inspire a team of care assistants who deliver exceptional care
  • Provide personal care to residents with dignity, compassion and respect
  • Administer medication safely and efficiently.
  • Foster a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment for residents, their families, and your colleagues.
  • Maintain clear communication to ensure residents' needs are always met.

While an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable, we value passion, compassion, and a genuine commitment to supporting residents. If you bring dedication, leadership, and a positive attitude, we’ll provide the tools and training to help you grow.

As part of our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children and young people, the successful candidate is expected to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
