Job Description:
As a Domiciliary Carer, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to elderly service users in their own homes. Your duties will include:

- Ensuring service users have eaten and taken fluids onboard
- Providing personal care as outlined in individual care plans
- Conducting visits to service users' homes, with each visit lasting approximately one hour
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues

Requirements:
- Experience working with the elderly is desirable, although not essential
- Experience supporting clients with dementia, Parkinson's, or physical disabilities is advantageous
- Care Certificate or equivalent qualification is desirable
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Kind, empathetic, and understanding approach to care
- Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual
- Full, clean UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work use
