We are seeking a proactive and solution-focused HR Advisor to join our growing team. You will play a key role in providing expert HR support, offering advice on employee relations, recruitment, and the development of HR policies. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic and supportive environment.
As an HR Advisor, you will:
- Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters.
- Lead the recruitment process, from advertising vacancies to onboarding new hires.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee relations by addressing and resolving workplace issues and grievances.
- Conduct HR-related training and development sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience with recruitment and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent (desirable).
