We are seeking a proactive and solution-focused HR Advisor to join our growing team. You will play a key role in providing expert HR support, offering advice on employee relations, recruitment, and the development of HR policies. As an HR Advisor, you will:

  • Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters.
  • Lead the recruitment process, from advertising vacancies to onboarding new hires.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee relations by addressing and resolving workplace issues and grievances.
  • Conduct HR-related training and development sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience with recruitment and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent (desirable).
