About You:To excel in this position, you should possess:
  • HR Expertise: A solid track record working within an HR department, ideally within a professional services setting.
  • CIPD Accreditation: Or an equivalent qualification in Personnel & Development.
  • Outstanding Organisational Abilities: Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Professionalism: A calm, reliable, and discreet approach to handling sensitive matters.
  • Strong Relationship-Building Skills: Confidence, diplomacy, and patience to establish strong working relationships across the organisation.
The Role:As an HR Advisor, you will hold a key position within the HR team, handling:
  • Recruitment and selection for Business Services, Legal Support, and Trainee Solicitor positions.
  • Overseeing and coordinating graduate work placements and A-level work experience programmes.
  • Planning, organising, and representing the firm at career events.
  • Managing all stages of the employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the company’s People Strategy and Business Objectives.
