  • Human Resources Knowledge: Demonstrable experience within a human resources function, preferably in a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities:As an HR Advisor, you will play a central role in supporting the People function, with responsibilities including:
  • Leading recruitment efforts for roles within Business Services, Legal Support, and Trainee Solicitor pathways.
  • Organising and managing graduate internships and work placements for A-level students.
  • Coordinating the firm’s presence at careers fairs and related events.
  • Overseeing the full employee journey in line with the company’s People goals and wider business plans.
