- Lead recruitment and on boarding efforts, including apprentices and work placements
- Oversee key moments in the employee life cycle
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to achieve goals and foster a unified culture
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor, in Financial Services, Accountancy, LLP or Law firm environment - Essential
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law
