We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a prestigious law firm in Orpington. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional to play a key role in supporting the firm’s people strategy, providing expert guidance on employee relations, compliance, and best HR practices.

As an HR Advisor, you will:
- Provide HR advice and support to employees and managers on policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Oversee employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management.
- Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit processes.
- Assist with recruitment and selection, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices within the legal sector.
- Manage HR policies and procedures, keeping them up to date with regulatory changes.
- Work closely with managers to support training and development initiatives.
- Handle HR data and reporting, providing insights on employee engagement and workforce trends.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and advise at all levels.
- Experience in handling employee relations cases, including disciplinaries and grievances.
- Ability to manage multiple HR processes efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HR systems (HRIS), Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards) would be desirable.
