We are recruiting for a Network Support Technician to join a well-established IT team, supporting multiple sites. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, supporting both staff and users, and maintaining network infrastructure.

The Role:
- Providing first-line IT support to staff and users.
- Installing and maintaining computer hardware and software.
- Managing IT-related requests and resolving technical issues.
- Maintaining and developing the network infrastructure.
- Supporting IT policies, safeguarding, data protection, and security protocols.
- Assisting with the maintenance of online platforms such as Office 365.
- Managing access control systems and supporting CCTV requests.
- Configuring and maintaining IP phone systems.
About You:
- At least one year of experience in an IT environment.
- Level 2 Diploma (or equivalent) in IT.
- Good understanding of networking, hardware, and software.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to support staff and users at all levels.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle - travel between sites is required.
