What You'll Do:

As a Stock Operative, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and Inspecting Stock: Check incoming products for quality and accuracy.
  • Wrapping and removing old stock, loading trucks with old stock (heavy lifting, 2-person job)

  • Order Fulfilment: Prepare and pack orders for timely despatch to our valued customers.
  • Warehouse Organisation: Keep the warehouse neat, tidy, and safe for all team members.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to support production needs and resolve issues.

What We're Looking For:

  • A positive attitude and eagerness to contribute.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or stock management role is a plus!
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
