Who They Need:
  • At least 3 years’ experience in an independent mortgage administration role
  • Qualified (or currently working towards) CeMAP / CII Mortgage Advice certification
  • Strong IT, written communication, and numerical skills
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal abilities
  • A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional client service
