Rev & Regs are recruiting for a Senior Associate *Corporate* role on behalf of a well-established Law firm.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established senior corporate lawyer to be part of a multi-award winning and growing law firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Help manage and grow the corporate workload largely independently
  • Lead on M&A transactions
  • Provide support to the Commercial team
  • Identify and analyse current and emerging legal issues and risk and effectively communicate these to the appropriate levels of the business; be involved in risk mitigation discussions.

Experience Required:

  • 4+ Years PQE
  • Strong Corporate / M&A experience
  • A high performer who thrives in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Strong team player with excellent organisational and communication skills; high energy; a desire to learn; and a commitment to the highest ethical standards.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement, be solutions-based, take responsibility and ownership of issues, including taking difficult decisions and providing substantiated arguments and reasoning for your position
  • Qualified solicitor, with background from a good corporate & commercial law firm and/or in-house team with experience of corporate transactions.

Location: Remote (Required in their office 1 day per month)

Start: ASAP

Salary - £70,000 - £100,000
