Are you an Employment Lawyer looking for a new opportunity in a progressive firm with a strong, collaborative team spirit?We are seeking a skilled Solicitor with 2+ yrs PQE to join a well-established, flexible, and non-hierarchical firm based in Tunbridge Wells. You'll be a key employment law specialist, working alongside a small, dedicated team.Day to Day:

Handle a broad range of employment law matters, supporting both businesses and individuals
Work closely with the team and provide high-quality legal advice
Be involved in community and charity initiatives within the firm

What we’re looking for:

2+ years’ PQE in employment law
A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative and friendly environment
Someone who enjoys a relaxed yet professional workplace
Adept and confident communicator
