Private Client Solicitor

A leading national law firm is looking to recruit a private client solicitor for its office in Tunbridge Wells.

This is a flexible working hybrid position, working from home 4 days per week.

Role Requirements:

Experience:

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of experience in private client law
• Ideally you will have an existing network of referrers you can bring with you in order to develop your caseload
• Managing a caseload of wills, probate and estate administration
• Providing expert advice on inheritance tax, powers of attorney, and wealth preservation
• Fostering strong, lasting client relationships 

Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and client care abilities
• Skilled in handling sensitive and complex estate matters
• Strong ability to work autonomously
